I could not say better things about this vitamin! I’m currently six months postpartum and was just feeling like I was lacking and always tired. I also suffered from pretty bad postpartum hair loss and can say that I have seen significant growth since starting these vitamins and also a change in my skin and just overall well-being. They are a little bit pricey but honestly, it’s worth it for the daily pack, the packaging also makes it very easy to just set up at your sink and grab one every single day so you don’t forget. I also did a comparison of ingredients with this brand and others that I was considering on ChatGPT and can’t say that this has everything that I feel a postpartum mom would need.

So convenient. Seems like a great value for the money. Taste is mild, a little fishy smell from omega but not off putting. Ingredients are high quality, no side effects.

I swear these have been my savior on my postpartum journey. My hair is growing back much faster than it did with after my first child. Prior to taking my nails were cracking and that has also resolved. I haven’t noticed any mental clarity, but that could be from lack of sleep. I like the pouches and feel like it’s very convenient to bring on the go. Since all the vitamins are in one pouch I think it’s cost effective compared to buying individually and it’s HSA/FSA approved! There is not an off putting taste or smell. As someone who is breastfeeding, I feel reassured that the daily vitamin pack is helping to replenish the nutrients I’m loosing.

I’ve tried lots of prenatal supplements, none did it for me till this one. The others left me feeling deprived and like I was so low on everything including energy. This one has made me feel amazing! Hair is growing so fast and I honestly feel so good being on these, I noticed my milk began to get more cream too. Which was way nice because before I didn’t have much cream! Doesn’t have a taste, easy to swallow. I personally think the ingredients in this are way better than others, just overall great quality and with every penny! I started using this postpartum and wish I had it way sooner!

Have been the best pre and post natals! Taste isn’t amazing but once you’ve been taken for your whole pregnancy you get pretty used to them. So happy to have something available with high quality ingredients.

The vitamins came open. Box is damaged clearly where you open them. It says they come with 30 packs and only came with 27 packs. They are vitamins and can’t take them. I do not trust taking them since they have been messed with.

Love these! I just had my second baby and I started taking these the day after I had him. I absolutely felt amazing! I had energy, ni brain fog and my milk supply was great! I ran out for 2 weeks and noticed i had brain fog again and my milk supply was down by 3-4oz a day. I started taking them again and bam, all back to normal! Love these!
