I use these as my visual meditation tracker and these have been a game changer. It's crazy that some packs of cardstock paper and stickers is what it finally took to get me to be consistent with meditation, but it's what works for me. Seeing the stickers fill in each day makes me not want to have any blank days, so I keep going every day. I've filled up one whole sheet for a total of 6 weeks and now onto my 2nd sheet. You get so many stickers and sheets in this bundle, these will last me for so many years. A really great value for the low price these were. And I love the smaller size, they are perfect for my needs, I just need a small reminder on my wall and these are perfect. The sheets are a nice thick semi-gloss card stock type and the stickers are great as well. I started my journey on a Saturday so my meditation week starts on Saturdays, and I'm great with that. You can set your own rules. I give myself no excuses to stop because I have my rule set that to earn my sticker for the day, I must meditate at least 10 minutes. Because in case I don't feel well, there will never be a day that I could argue with myself that I can't take 10 minutes. But my actual current goal and average is at least 30 minutes a day and I've been able to be consistent about that. I plan to keep increasing my daily goal but always have my 10 minute rule in place so that I give myself some grace to never fail.

We've used this to track a few different behaviors with our child and like it. I even used it for myself when I was getting back on track with exercising, and the accountability from my child was pretty motivating. ;) Lots of charts; we're still using these over a year later. They're durable, but light enough to stay on the fridge with any of our magnets. I typically use a permanent marker to write on it since the surface is slightly shiny, but a ballpoint pen works okay.

The chart could be a little bigger, but overall this is a good product. The stickers are cute and work well. The chart is good quality paper.

This is a simple two pack reward chart with lots of stickers for creating habits or rewarding little ones. Very well made and fun with two cute designs to pick from. They are not paper thin and have some weight to them, but defitely flexible enough to write on and use. The value for the money is really there and I would highly recommend for those looking to track a seven day routine for up to six or seven things depending on how you use the top row.

The charts are a little small but they work great! We use them for our 2 year old. There is plenty of space on the side to write in what the stars are for. Whether they are potty training, learning to read, or just had an awesome attitude, there's a star for it!! We love our star charts and will def buy again when we run out, (which won't be for a while because you get SO MANY for such a good price!)
