Same basic product but with some internal improvements. The brightness options are incredible, seriously this thing is bright AF. The construction is robust, the swivel feature feels like it could withstand a lot of abuse and all around this thing is super solid. The magnet is very strong, and is covered by a grippy rubber coating that protects whatever you're sticking it to from scratching. There's also a standard screw base thing on the bottom which is nice. Charging doesn't feel like it takes too long, especially when they stay charged for quite a while. Working on my car the lowest setting lasted like three days of moderate use before I had to recharge. I'm also a technician on industrial equipment and this has been super handy for lighting up the inside and underside of large equipment when I need both hands for tools and labor.
