This stuff is like fairy dust... magical!!!! Higher dosage than majority of other Turmeric product available. I bought these as I have osteo arthritis and the contents are supposed to help with the pain and inflammation - sadly they were a disappointment. They were easy to take and went down well but didn't offer any discernable improvement to my pain levels. I didn't re-order This isn't to say that they might work for others, just not for me
