This ball is great for doing neck strengthening. You can blow it up all the way for other exercises or leave it half blown up for neck exercises. It retains air, no leaking. Suitable for many exercises. Very easy to blow up with provided straw. So far no bursting or cracking of the material.

I recently had a fall that required physical therapy. They used a ball like this for some exercises. I purchased this ball because it is the size I need. It works great. It’s easy to inflate and all that you need is included. It is made well. The price was great. I’ve been able to do the exercises to keep my recovery from going. I recommend this ball and I would purchase it again.

Great exercise ball. So easy to inflate

Easy to inflate with the tool provided. Smooth finish feels good on skin. Stays inflated a very long time. Not giving them 5 stars just because the ball doesn’t inflate to a firmness I prefer. I like a bit more than this gives me. Still, I use the ball everyday and it does work fine.

Excellent quality Pilates Ball. Just started Pilates and this ball will work great with my work out routine. Highly Recommend!

Per coloro che hanno mani molto fragili per conformazione, oppure in seguito ad interventi o traumi, questa palla è la migliore. Great small pilates ball for standing arm workouts or leg workouts. The ball is soft and bouncy. After some uses I find it really fun. The inflatable system is a bit obtuse with a straw. You have to inflate it yourself with a straw, I prefer a pump system. Really fun for pilates and yoga.

I ordered a pack of 10 Core Balance soft Pilates balls (9 inch) for my Pilates classes and overall I’m very pleased with them. The quality looks really good, the material feels durable yet soft and comfortable to use during exercises. The colour matches exactly what’s shown in the pictures, which is always a bonus. Each ball came with its own inflator and extra plugs, which made setup easy and very convenient, especially when inflating multiple balls at once. I did notice that a few of the balls, when fully inflated, are slightly smaller than others that aren’t inflated to the maximum. The difference is minimal and honestly not an issue for me at all. In fact, it works well because people in my classes need slightly different sizes anyway, so it’s actually quite practical. Overall, this is a great value set for group classes. Good quality, well packaged, and ideal for Pilates or fitness sessions. I’d happily recommend these balls to instructors or anyone needing multiple Pilates balls.
