Working but with some difficulty
I was finally able to get it to connect but it seems that it uses something that doesn't allow it to connect to all types of routers. I tried two wifi routers on my network that both have 2.4Ghz Wifi connections and it would not connect to either. I have a cheap repeater that I use to connect my wired network generator to my wifi network (don't have to run cables to it) that I was finally able to connect it to. If not for my repeater I am afraid I would have had to return the controller and wifi device. It shouldn't be this difficult. But with this difficulty aside, the device / app is bulletproof, it works great!

A waste of time!
Unit will not connect even with trying the Bluetooth app. Tried several times and failed. I waited over a month to get this. Truly a major disappointment.

It works, as others have said...
It works and allows for me to control my inverter remotely. My only complaint is that the app does not have many features implemented. The wording is also confusing. :-/AmpInvt should include these units with all their inverters.

I needed this to work
Not going into huge details but I am tired of having to manually walk out to the garage to check the battery SOC. This thing will not pair with 2.4Ghz with my Starlink routers. If it’s because of the type of router, then they should be more specific in the product description. I keep seeing other comments mentioning the hours it takes to pair. I spent three hours trying to pair this to my AmpInvt 60amp charge controller and all I get is a solid green light with the flashing blue light. Hitting Seitch does nothing on this device, the lights keep acting the same.

Easy setup on my Ampinvt 1200W inverter charger.

it just won't connect....i finally got it connected
ive tried many attempts to get this thing to sign on and it never connects. i give up.update...i was in contact with support...it didn't go very well. i feel like i knew more then support. big waste of time. they want me to take videos of my phone.update...i went from 1 star to 3 stars. this thing took forever to connect...i literally spent about 3 hrs trying to get it connected today. changed router passwords, guest account finally got it connected. the company did send me a new unit after having problems with the first one.

Junk
After days of messing with it and changing my WiFi settings. The company finally responded and informed me that this isn’t compatible with IPhone. An interesting pice of information given that the directions and everything says it is. Returning it now.
