not "old fashioned" as advertised
I bought this assuming it was just like the slow cooking oatmeal that comes in the paper cylinder. Instead, this is more like "instant" oatmeal in texture when cooked. With the regular old fashioned oats, I would zap them for 5 min at 50% in the microwave. This organic oat product is just about overdone at 4 min, and, even then, it has a very mushy texture. Unfortunately, I bought 3 bags. Will donate the other two to a food bank and go back to the "real" old fashioned oat, even if it is not "organic."

Not same quality as Quaker non-organic oatmeal
I was hoping this would be of the same quality as the regular non-organic Quaker Old Fashioned oatmeal, which I have enjoyed for years. But it is not. The texture is not as 'nutty', also there's chaff. I wanted to switch to organic, but I'm going to have to keep looking for a high quality organic oatmeal.
