FIVE STARS, BUT ONE CAVEAT.... CHEDDAR ARE GREAT BUT
EDIT: The new Three Cheese one, not so much. I'll stick with the CHEDDAR!_____________________________________________________You know how sometimes you just need a CRUNCHY, CHEESY, SALTY snack? Want a bit of a binge without all the guilt of downing a bag? These come to the rescue!I eat this with low fat cottage cheese as a dip. I love dill weed and add a bunch to the cottage cheese or you can add whatever flavorings you want but with the cheddar Nut Thins, you don't need to add anything. There is one CAVEAT I will hit at the end.TEXTURE - LOVE the crunch. Hard to beat anything re the crunch and they're thin enough to not make it hard to bite thru them.TASTE - You get a lot of cheese taste, NOT a typical rice cracker. Blue Diamond, if you're reading, you COULD cut down on the salt JUST a tad. A LITTLE TOO salty for my taste and I like salty snacks.FAT/CALS - OK, I'll admit it. When I haven't had anything really crunchy for awhile, I can eat a box of these in a sitting. Now a box is like a decent cereal bowl size, so not like your eating a tub of them, but about any other snack like this, you'd be blowing your fat and cals for a couple days. You can eat a box of these (four servings) for a little over 500 cals and 16 grams of fat. That's quite a bit, but not like I do it every day and if I am going to binge (and if you never binge on anything, kudos, I occasionally do), THIS is the snack I do it on.ALSO NO CHOLESTEROL!Sodium is a tad high, you'll be getting about 44% of your recommended salt for the day, so I just watch my salt intake for the rest of the day.PRICE: GREAT PRICE especially if you have Prime.BOTTOMLINE: THIS is my go to when I want to be bad and eat a bunch of something crunchy and cheesy, but not feel too bad re cals and fat! Will continue to get as long as Amazon carries them.

Pricey but tasty.
I love these pecan rice crackers. They are nice and thin and crispy. I can eat them plain or with any dip. They hold up easy with a dip like artichoke. I think the pecan or the flax seed are my favorite.

A must have. Love the pecan.
I don't ever want my pantry to be short on these. Perfect for snack alternative to chips and company loves them with various cheeses and dips.

I LOVE these crackers, but…
I love these crackers. I love them so much that I believe Amazon has cut off how much I can buy in a week or two, but I won’t bore you with those details. They are thin, but have a great crunch to them. If they were any thicker, they would be difficult to eat.I gave these crackers, four stars for a very specific reason. Since I eat these crackers a lot, I tend to notice patterns if there ever are any. And I can say with certainty that for some reason, about a month or two ago, they reduced the amount of seasoning that goes on each cracker. Now, if you’re lucky you get to have about a quarter of the amount of seasoning than you did before. I love the seasoning and was addicted to those crackers. Now with the reduction, I don’t order them nearly as much as I used to. And that will continue until they go back to how much cheddar cheese seasoning was on the crackers, or offer an “Extra Cheesy” version. Because now I can hardly taste the cheese.

Delicious!
These aren’t super cheesy but seasoned well enough so they are delicious. This is my favorite flavor of Nut-Thins I can’t find this flavor in store so I buy on Amazon.

Healthy and tasty crackers
I finally found crackers that is healthy and that I think tastes good. The crackers are thin but I do think they’re a decent width. They’re dry, they’re crackers, but they don’t leave your mouth feeling dry and they’re really good with hummus.I do think it might be an acquired taste. I had a friend try one and said that it tasted a bit like rice cake but was still good. There are about four or five serving sizes in a box but they’re filling and healthy so I think it’s worth the price.

Edible Gluten Free Snack
Being that it's nearly impossible to find gluten-free anything that isn't loaded with a plethora of other toxic ingredients, I was astonished to find a gluten-free snack that is not only non-GMO, but also has very low sodium content AND contains no inedible chemical garbage. These crackers do have a slight nutty flavor to them as well. I've already bought half a dozen boxes in the past month-ish. This is quickly becoming one of my primary snack foods. I'd rate them five stars if they were sodium free.
