Worked out great for my project. Used them to make a fabric cutting channel. Routed a groove into the table and inset U Channel.

Great for sliding doors
Excellent product use for sliding doors. Use a router to cut a 3/8 x 3x/8 slot at bottom of door and insert rail. Door slides along track much easier that with bare wood slot.
