Optimel Manuka Dry Eye Drops, 0.34 oz

I suffer from MGD and ocular rosacea. When I’m having a really bad flare, these drops really help calm the inflammation in my eyes and feel better than most otc drops. Yes they burn at first, but when you’re desperate for some relief these drops help. Don’t bother trying if you’re not up for a little pain in your eyes for at least a minute. I keep these in my arsenal for emergencies. I don’t think they help much with dryness so I still have to use a lubricant drop followed by another drop to lock that in. Talk about an expensive ailment with not much help from many optometrists and ophthalmologists!!! I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to find the perfect combination and get to the root of dry eye disease and now I know it’s mainly diet related for me. I wish everyone luck who’s dealing with painful eye problems because it can be debilitating without much real help from the medical community. I just wish they weren’t so expensive. But I’m glad I found them.

Très efficace pour traiter une blépharite. Seul point faible : ça pique quand la goutte atteint l'œil. Heureusement ça passe. Je l'utilise matin et soir après un masque chaud sur les yeux

I already had chronic dry eyes then 3 weeks ago as you see in the photo my eyes were badly burned I literally had to open them with my fingers.Drs aren’t sure of the cause. 4x tiny bottle of drops gel,oil $34ea didn’t help! Then I tried OPTI MEL💓they NOT ONLY HELPED BUT SEEMS MY EYES ARE BEING HEALED. I’d been putting the other drops in every half hour till I finally used the OPTI MEL MANUKA drops, sure they sting when first put in but my eyeballs were SO itchy the sting was an absolute blessing relieved itch, stopped salty crust and now 6 days after I started OPTI MEL I have only needed drops 2x today.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OPTI MEL 100% for dry (&itchy) eyes.

I've been suffering with an 18 week battle of dry eyes due to tear film instability. I have been prescribed/bought all sorts; Hycosan, Theratears, Clinitas, Siccasan to name a few but after a deep dive on Reddit, came across these drops and after everyone hyping thought I'd give them a go (I was at my wits end with the dryness) I can confidently say these drops surpass them all for me. They sting for the first 5 seconds (sometimes more, sometimes less - defending how dry my eyes are at the time) but truly it's worth it for the relief they provide. Also I kinda like that the sting stimulates my tears so maybe you'll be the same🤷‍♀️. They are expensive but I would pay that again and again V highly recommend
