What is the easy insertion notch on Flex Reusable Disc?

The patented notch on Flex Reusable Disc creates a narrower point on one end after pinching the disc for easier insertion. All you'll do is pinch the disc with the notch facing towards you and insert!

What's the difference between Flex Reusable Disc and other reusable menstrual discs?

Flex Reusable Disc is expertly designed with a patented notch for easy insertion and a sturdy non-slip rim for an easy removal. It's made with premium, ultra-soft medical-grade silicone and has a high capacity of 70mL (that's 6+ super tampons)!

How long does Flex Reusable Disc last?

Flex Reusable Disc lasts for years with proper care. Don't forget to try out Flex Foaming Cleanser to help extend the lifespan of your disc. Follow the Instructions for Use within the box for all cleaning, care, and usage information.

How do I clean Flex Reusable Disc in between wears?

For in between wears, use a mild soap like Flex Foaming Cleanser. Rinse in cool water to help prevent staining, then switch to warm water with cleanser. Massage the entire surface, rinse, and air dry. Store in it's cotton pouch in a cool, dry place.

Will Flex Reusable Disc work for a heavy period?

Yes! Flex Reusable Disc works great for all flows because of its high capacity of 70mL (6+ super tampons) and it won't dry you out. On heavy days, try hands-free emptying on the toilet. Just remember to tuck the disc back into place when done!
