I had one remaining milia over my eyelid that I've been trying to get rid of for years and nothing helped. I read somewhere that products containing adapaline work. So I tried this, and in days, the stubborn milia had surfaced and I squeezed it out. That being said, I had gotten more aggressive with removing it already, (doing things that are not recommended, such as picking at it with little milia removal needles, which made it red and sore), and I did see some progress. But I think being able to completely remove it after only a few days of using this said a lot for the product. I think it would have taken much longer otherwise. I have a couple new milia and I'm starting to use it on those as well, and I see a difference already. So, try this if you have milia.
