Where can I buy the lowercase version? My two year old mastered upper case at 16 months, and I can't find anything lowercase!

I have not seen the lower case or this toy but I have a learning leap forg that has upper case but when you push the letter the little screw shows the lower case version if you but it on that setting it’s the LEAP FROG ABC GO WITH ME BACKPACK

Can I buy replacement letters for this? I know that we will lose a few of them.

We have contacted the company about this and we were told that we cannot order individual replacement letters unfortunately. So we just have a couple letters missing until we decide to buy a whole new set.
