Inglehoffer Creamy Dill Mustard, 9.75 Oz Squeeze Bottle

This is excellent, every time I get it out to use it I have to rave about how good it tastes to my husband. :) Its smooth, full of flavor and enhances the flavor of whatever it is paired with ... just cannot get any better. The dill and capers are just wonderful and really calm down the strong flavor of mustard in a very pleasing and pleasant smooth full bodied flavor. I love it, it is much better to me than any other mustard and I have used them all. This one is it for me.

There is the most wonderful addition of dill to the mustard. It complements the flavor with a subtle addition of herb - without getting lost or being dominant. It's great in an egg dish as well as a tuna salad or a glaze for salmon.

Good stuff. I use it mostly as a tuna salad ingredient.
