I very rarely leave reviews, but there’s no way I couldn’t give this product 5 stars. It’s perfect! Very lightweight, the sound quality is good, and most of all I was amazed by the battery life - after 12 hours of listening to an audiobook plus phone calls, the battery was still at 80%. Highly recommended!

Excellent work great earpiece I had a expensive earphone that had to be charged every few hours but this one just goes on and on without charging.

I do like the earpiece it's solid construction even weight, the charging case is a good touch and i also like when taken out of the charging case it turns on and connects to my phone is also a nice touch. The buttons are very easy to find and press too. The only issue is the sound quality is very tinny and has no depth to it but because i only use it for my delivery work and don't have long conversations I can live with it, im told that I sound fine and clear while talking. I wouldn't recommend for people who intend long conversation.

I honestly didn't think I was going to like this. I've had some very expensive and some very cheap Bluetooth devices and honestly I thought this was better than all of them and I'm shocked to say that because I only paid £20 for this. It's comfortable it's loud I got 15.8 hours battery out of this device. I was able to use this device for a wall and outside my flat through multiple walls, I was absolutely gobs mat that I could do that and honestly I've only ever got that out of the more expensive plantronic devices so well done to the makers of this Bluetooth device because they've made something solid and it works and it's decent. The sound quality is good it's loud you can always hear the person that you're talking to and it charges quickly and I do like the little box that it comes in which lets you charge it on the go without a charger and the fact that it's USB that's just a win-win none of that old rubbish that breaks after you put the cable in 10 times and the port falls out! This is loud comfortable stylish the sound quality is good the distance is good the battery life is outstanding. Honestly I can't believe I'm saying this but highly recommended and yes it is made in China but this is actually a really good Bluetooth device.

My expensive poly finally gave up..and i decided to give this a go. I've been really impressed- sound quality is perfect, and battery lasts all day. 7 hours on zoom and teams thru a laptop in a day and it still has plenty of battery. I charge in the case, and only need to charge the case every 4 or 5 days. Easy to pair (i have it connected to laptop and a phone simultaneously and they work fine). Basically as good as my old poly but for 1/4 of the price

It just looks nice. My ear hurts after a whole day, no matter what rubber band I change. After 5 months, even bigger problems began: the buttons began to fall out of volume and switch on/off. The display on the bank's power for charging the headset stopped displaying how many batteries it has. After such a short time, bluetooth was able to disconnect and switch off again several times a day

Not great quality missing out on conversations
