This device is hands down amazing. Its made very well the base is metal and has some weight to it. My lenovo legion go is a larger gaming tablet but it sits perfectl in it. Its very secure and the fans keep my tablets temp down. Its great to be able to hook my lenovo legion go's power to the docking station and then the station to my legion go. It keeps the tablet charged but I can also charge other devices through the docking station. The data line in also works perfect. I definitely recommend this device.

It worked well at first, but after having it for 5 months, the PD 3.0 port is completely broken. The other ports still work, but not being able to have my rog plugged in while I play and having to rely on the battery completely defeats the point of having this dock. [update 9/1/2024] Someone at the company saw my original 1 star review and emailed me. They apologized and offered me the upgraded model, a refund, or a different product of my choice. I opted for the refund and it was in my account the next day. I was not impressed with the product, but the customer service was 10/10 and I'll buy from them in the future just for that reason.

I’ve been holding off on getting a docking station beause i thought it I would use the Steam Deck exlusively as a handheld. After digging more into the backend of it in desktop mode, it became really painful to use the joysticks and touchscreen for installing apps and configuring it. This docking station makes things soo much easier now! Not only can I connect my screen, but my Steam Deck stays very cool during usage. The fans look awesome and it’s not loud and distracting. Another benefit of this dock is it’s wide enough for the case I have on it, and I feel confident I could get a much thicker case and it would still fit fine. It’s really nice quality and the cable that connects it feels durable and gives me confidence it’ll last a long time., With that being said, this is an excellent value! Defintely recommend it.

Like many others, it was great until it stopped working. Lasted a little over a month, then it won't charge, won't output hdmi. Pass on this and go get the JSAUX dock like I just did.

After very heavy use, it still works.
