Easy to put on!
Bought the wrong one directly from car parts.com and ordered off of Amazons Car parts store $50 dollars cheaper and arrived a lot faster than direct order from company.

Perfect fit. Great value.
Perfect fit for my 2013 Cadillac XTS. This catalytic converter is a great replacement for the converter located just behind the radiator. Tip: You may need to remove the oil filter to better position old cat in order to access bottom bolts. Bottom bolts are best accessed from under the vehicle by removing undercarriage cover.

Was an easy installation
Product was a perfect fit for my 2016 Cadillac XTS. Didnโt have a heat shield like the old one dead, not sure that it matters.

Lasted less than 3 months. Confirmed with diagnostic software.
It looks (and is) a perfect match to the factory one, minus the heat shield. The fitment is perfect (the cheap ones have nuts and bolts for the exhaust pipe, this one has threaded holes on the flange like the original.) Appears to be well made, but after about 2 months, I got a MIL light and sure enough, it was complaining about the converter being below it's efficiency rating. If you have a scanner, you can watch the pre and post oxygen sensor voltages; if they look like they almost match in a graph, it's dead. The post should be "smoothed out" by comparison. To get a feel of how it should look, compare the pre/post sensor voltages in a graph for bank 1 (this converter is for bank 2, which is the one that gets the cracks in the flange and leaks - most likely why you're buying it.)Just a side note, I have brand new O2 sensors on it as well so it's not my sensors going bad. When you replace this, make sure you're not experiencing other issues like misfires - if you have over 100k miles, you should change your spark plugs (be sure to get the recommended type, like iridium.) Go ahead and replace both oxygen sensors too, so you know that isn't causing issues either. (Oxygen sensors are one of the most overlooked parts on a car and should be replaced every 50k miles!)I have a sneaking suspicion that wherever these converters are made, they aren't fully coating the substrate with enough catalyst (as that's the truly expensive part.) As such, they aren't as efficient and fail early at the first sign of even the tiniest bit of buildup. That's how they're made so cheap.
