Excellent for back pains

I had been having lower back pain and bought this to see if it would help. It has! It stretches my back/spine and i feel relief. My son is now using it for his back. It is a little hard and not so comfortable at first, but you get used to it.

Both my husband and I use this back stretcher daily. It's well made and does exactly what it's meant to do which is give your back a gentle stretch. Really gets the kinks out after sitting at a desk all day.

I have a bulging disc in my lower back. I thought this would fit my lower back back but it did not and was Hard and uncomfortable. I am short, 5’ so I think it was just too big. I do see this as a fit for someone taller.

Completely anatomical correct! Before I had plastic stretcher, but it’s not correct and in order to get up from it you need strong belly muscles! To roll of to the side from this one is easy. Thank you. After I had found out I have a protrusion I can tell you that after long trial there are 3 orthopaedic brands on Amazon you can trust: Everlasting comfort, comfilife and restcloud.

Good and very comfortable compared to a plastic one, but could have more or an arch.

Excellent for back stretcher. Highly recommended! Material is durable, provides the support required when in use, I prefer this compared to hard plastic.

An excellent product. Has been crafted together really well, very easy to use. Great strong material allowing for full benefit of the product itself. Great size and shape, priced well cheap and cheerful. Does exactly what it says, made to last long. Great quality. Does not stain easily at all, no mess involved or anything. Easy to install and make use of from the get go. Not had any problems with this, definitely an amazing product and one to get! Stretches the back really well. Very comfortable to use. Good to use before and after gym to reduce chances of any injuries to the back.

This back stretcher is made from a foam material, making it comfortable to use as it contours to the shape of your body. It's suggested to be used for at least 5 minutes a day to help with back problems, which I feel it's done an OK job of so far, but don't expect miracles. Having said that, I'm hoping the more I use it over the coming months, the more it will help. The price was £49.99 at the time of writing, which I think is very expensive for what it is though. All in all, it's a helpful back stretcher, but expensive.
