This is a lifesaver. We recently took in a semi-feral cat. He immediately took to the litter box, but we had litter being left everywhere. With this mat, most of the litter on his paws comes off on the mat, and we simply pick the mat up and empty it back into the litter box. One end of the mat is open so the litter easily pours out. We are learning that no product will capture 100% of the litter on their paws, but with this mat, the tracked litter has been cut way down. Would absolutely buy again.

This mat works in the narrow space where the litter box. It collects litter crystals when my cat jumps out of the box.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The mat collects litter, however would be more helpful if it was wider to prevent the litter from going to the side. Emptying the mat back into the box is easy.

this keeps all the litter in which is nice because my cat flings it everywhere and i hate the feeling of stepping on it. it’s definitely worth the price it wasn’t expensive at all and works super well.

I can’t believe it took me this long to find this mat. I purchased 2 in the small and medium size. It does as it states. Traps the litter. I don’t see mounds of litter outside the box on the other mat I was using. I find it fairly priced for what you get. Cats don’t seem to be bothered by it. Simple to dump back into the box. I have not yet needed to wash one yet to see how it holds up but I’m sure it will be okay washed on gentle. I’d recommend this for cat owners.

The mat catches most of the litter, but not all. Some sits on the surface. So, I don't know if it's much better than other types of kitty litter mats.
