Being a Rotarian myself, I have had the opportunity and good fortune to listen to a number of talks by Doctor Lucky Kasat. His talks are always interspersed with examples that make a lasting impression on the listener.The book, Decode Your ZEN LEADERSHIP follows the same pattern. The first few chapters are a bit heavy, but they set the background for the later chapters.One of the things that continues to resonate in my mind is the famous koan by Zen Master, Hakuin Ekaku, to hear the sound made by clapping with one hand. It may sound as a joke, but it has great philosophical meaning. The more one thinks about it, the more one keeps thinking about it. All the stories when imbibed is sure to take one on the path of real leadership.I am sure that Doctor’s book will be as big a hit as are his talks.
