One with 4 cans and one with 5 cans. 5 can model is smaller cans. **Q: Does this come with the 4 ammo cans or is it just the crate** A: It comes with the 4 cans and crate. Really nice I like mine but if you have a lot of ammo you better buy 2. **Q: whats the difference between ordering "one size" and "one unit"?** A: Holy smokes, you've got me on this one. If you're looking for one tray with 3 cans order the "one size". Poor description (with no information on what a "unit" is). Amazon needs to clarify for sure. "Units" might mean the number of trays you are ordering but that really doesn't check out when you see the price for X number of units. Way out of line $$$$ as opposed to ordering multiples of "one size". Shoot an email to the seller or Amazon and see what you can find out. The crates are good enough quality, handles are sturdy, and I like the clean organized look when they're all in the tray.
