An easy to use universal remote with great product support
This is a great remote. Easy to use and program and GREAT product support. I just purchased another one and will get others for different zones in my home. It replaced: TV, soundbar, stereo, speaker switch, DAC, and video matrix remotes. It is very easy to use an old remote to program the sofabaton. Again, product support was exceptional.

Makes controller feels protected, more grip, & glows in dark! :D
Fits snug , dig the non-slippage rubber as the remote’s expensive and sometimes felt slippery in the hand, felt too risky to use without any cover on it. no loose corners, no buttons are covered or being disturbed by the rubber. The screen has a fine cut out, I’d say it can be 1cm higher but it’s literally MINIMAL, It doesn’t bother me in anyway and for those that say that it does for them are just finding something to nit-pick. Oh & it also Glows in the dark which caught me by surprise lol. Have to cover it at night (not that it’s insanely bright) when going to bed since I’m one of those that need complete darkness to sleep. It’s not a con of mine really since overall the cover does its job of making this beastly remote feel protected & more visible to the eye during those movie nights when you tend to lose the remote.

Major design flaw..... Don't waste your money
This cover covers too much. The led screen becomes completely useless as the design extends making the display screen useless. I did notice the same in the online illustration but thought for sure it had to be an example of poor photo shop editing. I was wrong. How could this product be mass produced with such an obvious flaw in the design? Didn't anyone examine the prototype before approval? This could be an easy fix.
