So my only critique is with the cavatappi and not the three types that I tried. I have since reached out to Kaizen through email and they are sending me three boxes of the radiatori pasta for free. They said that the cavatappi is a thicker pasta which is more suitable for pasta bakes and casseroles, and are sorry that that specific type did not work for me. How good are these ?** A: Yes you can, but no it won't taste good. Whatever plant flour they used (lupine flour I think it was), you will taste it. It does not matter how it is cooked or used, or how much sauce or cheese you use, you will taste the plant flour that it is made from. I know from personal experience, even others who tried it with me, agreed you taste a weird plant flavor. **Q: Where is this product made? Why does it evade saying it on the bag?** A: According to their website, the pasta is made in the United States. If you need more specific info, try contacting the company directly. **Q: Is the serving size for cooked or uncooked ?** A: The serving size is 1/4 the package. I cooked half the bag the first time (so 2 servings, video is half of what I made) and it swelled up excessively which ended up being way too much. Great customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Here's a tip *by T***G on 21 April 2026* Don't follow the instructions on the box and just cook based on instinct. My first time cooking with this was a bust because I boiled it for 5 mins and the texture felt so off. Now, I cook it for 12 mins or so and it's just right. It's an acquired taste for sure. It's not at all like regular pasta (obviously).
