Review: Waste of money - The concept for this signature pad is great, but the functionality doesn't work. It barely worked. It is just a waste of money buying this product. I will be recycling it. Or if the seller were to pick it up for recycling, I would be open to that as well. Review: Item did not work - Item was opened, drivers and software installed from manufacturer according to the paperwork included. Would power on when plugged in with the supplied USB, then randomly freeze and shut off by itself, then randomly turn back on. It would also cause the windows computer to flicker and make the USB disconnect noise then reconnect noise each time. I was unable to utilize this device after several trouble shooting attempts, it was returned. ## Features - Large Format: Half-Page Display - High-Resolution 10.1" Diagonal Screen - Multipurpose Functionality: Sign, Watch, Advertise - Included Software: Topaz Solutions for GemView - Signature Mirroring: Tablet & Computer Sync ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CMJ5FPVX | | Active Surface Area | 10.1 inches | | Additional Features | Advanced stylus support | | Best Sellers Rank | #7,269 in Amazon Renewed ( See Top 100 in Amazon Renewed ) #203 in Computer Graphics Tablets #2,351 in Renewed Computers & Accessories | | Brand | Topaz Systems | | Built-In Media | Digital Pen | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Desktop | | Connectivity Technology | USB | | Customer Reviews | 2.8 out of 5 stars 10 Reviews | | Display Type | LCD | | Item Dimensions L x W | 10.1"L x 10.1"W | | Manufacturer | Topaz | | Mfr Part Number | TD-LBK101VA-USB-R-cr | | Model Name | GemView 10 Tablet Display | | Model Number | 488a62fa-b963-437a-8d5a-9d0038569a78 | | Native Resolution | 1280 x 800 pixels | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operating System | Windows | | Screen Size | 10.1 | | Special Feature | Advanced stylus support | | Specific Uses For Product | Editing, Teaching, Writing | | Target Audience | Teacher | | UPC | 657768774836 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 90 days limited warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Topaz Systems - **Connectivity Technology:** USB - **Model Name:** GemView 10 Tablet Display - **Operating System:** Windows - **Special Feature:** Advanced stylus support ## Images ![Topaz Systems Topaz TD-LBK101VA-USB-R, 10.1'' GemView 10 Tablet Display, TFT LCD, USB (Renewed) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41u7tcj0cdS.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Waste of money *by C***A on August 20, 2026* The concept for this signature pad is great, but the functionality doesn't work. It barely worked. It is just a waste of money buying this product. I will be recycling it. Or if the seller were to pick it up for recycling, I would be open to that as well. ### ⭐ Item did not work *by R***L on January 29, 2025* Item was opened, drivers and software installed from manufacturer according to the paperwork included. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It finally works! *by J***E on June 17, 2025* The device works as described in the website. At first it was a pain getting it to work. I would connect it to a USB port in my computer, it would recognize it, activate it and then drop it. It entered into a routine where it would activate and deactivate the "extra monitor" several times before cancelling it altogether. The problem turned out to be that the USBs where being power limitted by the BIOS. The solution was to enter the BIOS, and then incrrase the max power on the USBs from 7.5w to 15w. After doing this, the problem was solved and it works as intended. ## Frequently Bought Together - Topaz TD-LBK101VA-USB-R, 10.1" GemView 10 Tablet Display, TFT LCD, USB (Renewed) - Logitech MK540 Advanced Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for Windows, 2.4 GHz Unifying USB-Receiver, Multimedia Hotkeys, 3-Year Battery Life, for PC, Laptop - Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard And Mouse Combo For Windows, 2.4 GHz Wireless, Compact Mouse, 8 Multimedia And Shortcut Keys, For PC, Laptop - Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/604196324-topaz-systems-topaz-td-lbk101va-usb-r-10-1-gemview](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/604196324-topaz-systems-topaz-td-lbk101va-usb-r-10-1-gemview) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
