Great and Nice-Looking Cooler!
I bought this for my sibling who was upgrading CPUs to a variant that didn't come with a stock cooler. I was asked to install this into their pc because they didn't want to accidentally damage their components. While I was installing this they were also watching and we both realized that it was honestly pretty easy to install and was perfectly compatible for the LGA 1700 socket. They told me that they really liked the design and the shroud on the cooler, we also both noticed that it was relatively quiet and wouldn't be a bother even in a quiet room. After installing I went ahead and check thermals while they played a few games and there was no issue in cooling. I think that this cooler is a pretty good value for the money especially given how it has addressable RGB.

Awesome pairing with some cards.
This cooler looks so sick with Founders Edition 3000-5000 series cards. temps are under control on a 5600 never going above 70 under load. Ive also tested it on a 3600 and 7500f. The temps for those two chips max at around the low 70s. noise isn't an issues as it runs pretty quiet and isn't as loud as other cooler under load due to lower temps. installation was also pretty basic. overall this cooler looks sick and runs well. highly recommend!

good for its price
not too loud and not too slow, pretty good cooling while in a case with restricted airflow.

Aestheticly nice, but on the loud side.
12-16-24 Update: This cooler is crap. This is for someone that wants a white cooler with a little RBG that doesn't mind a loud fan. I swapped out the CPU today and the bracket bolt broke off into the mounting screw while trying to take it off. The cooling plate is kind of mushed together and the paint job is sketch. Take the white shroud away, as it's a cheap looking and cheaply made CPU cooler. **** This is a really nice looking cooler. It's rated for a high wattage. I got the white version to match a NZXT case and the materials and color are a close match. It's got a metal housing and the fan fits flush inside - it's very fancy. The fan is controlled by a 4-pin and it has an aRGB connection too. It comes with intel and amd attachments and some thermal paste. It mounts very easy. I love not needing fiddle with little hook to attach a fan. It replaced a Dark Rock 4. The APNX is the same size as the DR4 without the fan. As far as performance goes, the APNX is cooling my 5800x space heater pretty well, but it needed an under volt. The DR4 does a better job cooling and is quieter doing so. After the under volt, then APNX keeps the CPU around 77 - 78c while doing Cinebench R23. During gaming the CPU is in the upper 60c's. I wish it wasn't so loud - I may continue to mess with it to quiet things down, but it's going to take some tinkering to find a good balance between acceptable performance and noise.

Affordable, Looks great, and it works VERY well
I was curious about this cooler so I took a chance and have been VERY happy with it. It keeps my i5-12600K nice a cool even under heavy load. It looks fantastic. The RGB is great but the fan shroud is really nice looking. Much better than exposed heat sink fins. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT BUDGET CPU AIR COOLER!
Excellent budget CPU air cooler for a AMD (AM5) Ryzen 9600x CPU. Material quality is excellent, looks very nice installed in a fish tank type PC case and or white PC build.

Broke during installation
I had basically finished installation and gave 1 extra turn to the 2 final screws to check they were tight. Suddenly the screw on the frame popped up and out the motherboard wedging itself the hole in the heatsink. 2 hours of trying to wrench it out and it's still stuck and the heatsink is useless (can't be installed) I really didn't put a strong force to tighten the screw but this still happened! questionable build quality in my opinion

Frustrierend aber Worth it
