Isoflex Liquid Rubber 750ml

We have a lot of flat roof areas here - and anyone with a flat roof on their property knows that flat roofs are RUBBISH. Sooner or later, they will leak - and they will usually gather unto themselves large puddles which WILL sit directly over where the cracks are. There's probably a mathematical law for it. However, for anything other than major "entire roof is falling apart" scenarios, this product (if used correctly) is excellent for sealing leaks and keeping them sealed. I've applied this stuff in horrible hot and dry conditions and miserable cold and wet conditions - but Isoflex Liquid Rubber still performed excellently despite less than perfect conditions for application and drying. I'd recommend this product utterly and absolutely for any such repair tasks. (Just don't use a brush you LIKE when apply it, because it WILL gunk the brush up terminally).

Fixed our leaking roof and saved us a fortune on getting a roofer out. Easy to put on just make sure no rain is forecast for 24 hrs.

The product works very well but there are points to watch, it needs stirring very well, make sure the location is well ventilated, it is very sticky to apply, it sets smoothly, clean brush with paint brush remover ASAP after use. Line up other possible work as I suspect it has short shelf life once open, I sealed a small trough, sealed a dripping gutter joint and an 8 ft plank against dampness, but after a few days what was left in the tin was beginning to thicken. I would buy this again but it's expensive like ask good things

Excellent quality

The Isoflex Liquid Rubber did the job it was required to do. There has been a couple of heavy downpours recently and I`ve had no further issues with a leaking roof. The only downside is that any leftover Liquid Rubber will harden quickly and become unusable. I found that if you place the tin in a bowl of boiling water, I was able to soften the unused Liquid Rubber.

Good product at a good price with carriage paid so much the better
