Got the unit today. I formatted in a Atomos Ninja Ultra and then had to go into file exploper (PC) and give the card access. Once done, I was able to copy a 4k 422 10bit file of 57Gb.It transfered quickly and played back without the hitch.Placed into the Ninja with a Lumix BGH1 at 4k 60p and card could not, did not and cannot record.The card sent a warning to the Ninja, 'compressed resolution to 720p.I switched to my standard set up:4K DCI vLOG 24P, 422 / 10 bit and record for two hours and 11 minutes.Card never quit. Played back and perfect.Let's hope this card has legges.

This inexpensive (at the time) unit saved an old laptop from going to the landfill after it's hard drive got flaky.

I have 2 ASUS laptop computers running on Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro/Both the computers started having massive trouble booting up Windows. One took at least 10 minutes to finally get to the Home screen. The other one would take up to 4-5 times even getting it started. They are used in a home environment and really don't have heavy use on them. I bought 2 replacement drives from this company and I'm happy to report that they are super fast, have universal fit, and just drop in after removing the shield on the mechanical hard drive. Windows installs in like 10 minutes using a usb stick with creation media on it. This is a great product and will bring a useless bricked computer not only back to life, but, super fast. One is running an I5 and the other an I7. So...If you have an ASUS that won't run or is so slow as to be useless.... It's probably your Hard drive. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SSD drive. From a piece of Trash to as good as new now. Build quality is excellent Installation is easy for any reasonably mechanically inclined persons In fact a lot easier than I thought it would be, Really happy everything works GREAT now!

if you have the mechanical drives you will love this Upgrade to your system, I use external drive to save files, so just loading App on this 1TB was all I needed in side the Machine

I hope this review helps someone avoid the same experience I had.I edit videos and regularly transfer large files to external drives. I’ve been using a LaCie external HDD for years without any problems. It’s slower, but it has always been reliable. I decided to upgrade to an SSD for faster transfers. Most SSDs were expensive, so I bought the fanxiang 2TB SSD because it was much cheaper.When I tested the speed, I got around 380 MB/s write and 420 MB/s read, which seemed acceptable. I started transferring large Apple ProRes videos from my iPhone and Sony Log video files. Later, I discovered that some of my files were missing.I tried backing up the remaining files to another drive, but the fanxiang SSD kept disconnecting. Every few minutes it would stop working, and I had to unplug it and plug it back in. This happened over and over again. I was panicking because I didn’t want to lose my footage, but unfortunately I lost a lot of important files.After that, I bought a 2TB SanDisk SSD. It cost more, but it has worked flawlessly and transfers files smoothly. Now I understand why reliable SSDs cost more. My data is worth protecting.I returned the fanxiang SSD, and to make things worse, I was charged about a 25% restocking fee. That was incredibly frustrating, especially after losing my files because of this drive.I know this SSD is cheaper than many others, but I would not recommend it for anyone storing important photos, videos, or work files. My experience was very disappointing. Many reviews are positive, but based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend this product.Don’t risk your valuable data just to save a little money.

This was purchased for an upgrade take it from the old hard drive to the new SSD drive no issues very easy to install very easy to transfer. I can’t talk about longevity. That’s why I only gave it. Four stars in about 78 months if all is going well I will update a five star but again only a few weeks old and so far there’s no issues.

This was second time I am buying this product and am very satisfied.

I got fed up with having to move my games from steam from my HDD to my SSD to play them and I think it's better to just leave the drive with windows on well alone to just deal with windows and that's all.So I replaced my HDD with this and this thing is very fast and looks really nice, I have a custom gaming build with a glass side but the drive enclosure is hidden down near the PSU so you cannot actually see the fancy design but nonetheless it's a great little SSD and my games all play so much better and load super quick.Tip, play all your pc games from ab SSD, you'll notice the difference in performance and load times for sure.Got on a deal and was a great price.Just get a cradle if you're switching an old HDD out as these are considerably smaller (fine for a laptop or allinone pc though).
