Great addition to my DIY library . Excellent reference material for planning home up grades.

I had some light switches that had gone bad at home but I didn't know or even trust myself to fix properly. Plus I needed to change out a ceiling fan. I thought it would cost too much to get an expert in to repair them.I found this book on Amazon, bought it, and did everything myself. I even had an electrician friend look over my work and he said it looked good.

Great book! Really helps the amateur get things done according to code. Nice book to keep around!

Great book for anyone with a little basic knowledge and the desire to do things right. However, I was disappointed in the lack of coverage of the selection and installation of main panels. I had hoped for guidance on the amperage and number of circuits.Otherwise, well laid out and with clear and helpful photos.

I had the older version of this book/manual and lost it somewhere in the relocation(s) we have had. I find this book to answer (in very simple and layman's terms) most everything I need to do in the electrical side of the house.
