This is easy to use with the power head. It does a great job reaching, and the blade works great. The only caution is the weight. It could be hard for some folks to manage, especially if reaching for high branches to trim. For us, it was great to trim our hedges. It gives you the opportunity to reach everywhere on it.

Works great. Cuts everything from tall grass to 1" shrubs. A little on the heavy side (battery) but not sure how to get around that. Lighter than gas powered (and less hassle) or dragging a long extension cord.

Worked well as expected. It does have some weight to it but appears and feels sturdy.

The hedge trimmer attachment works great, with an adjustable blade angle. I use it to maintain a 7 ft high hedge, so I can top the hedge without getting on a ladder. The down side is that this tool is fairly heavy, so it will give you a real workout. Overall, it is high quality but tires me out quickly. It is very comparable in function and weight to my old Stihl hedge trimmer. Battery life is great, and the tool is well balanced.

This EGO attachment is great for large hedges and bushes. The articulating head makes getting to bushes on hillsides and tall hedges much easier. It cuts larger diameter pieces than my other general hedge clippers. The strap helps balance the tool as it is pretty long but the pole being carbon fiber makes it lighter. I am a 64 year old grandmother and really like this tool for getting my yard work done more efficiently.

Excellent quaility. Price was decent. Not just this one but any hedge trimmer attachment is going to be very heavy. Especially when used with the extra pole attachment.

this thing rips through light branches and hedges with no issues. cleaned my fence line like cutting through butter, low noise and easy to use. ive been non stop impressed with ego products since i bought the whole multitool head line up and mower. well worth the cost. so what its electric i would put its torq up against any gas powered machine.. seriously.

Works well to prune back small branches on trees, shrubs. Also works well to cut down beds of irises and day lilies in the fall. Very versatile positioning of blades.My only complaint would be the weight of this tool, heavy for working over head. Also no clear way to add grease to the bearings.
