Very pleased, phone came next day and pristine condition, not a mark on it. Hopefully no issues going forward but does have 12 month warranty, battery life was at 85% and so far so good, only time will tell..Phone is as they advertised. It is safely encased in full clear case to protect phone and show the colour, which I purchased separately from Amazon and well worth it.

I bought this Apple iPhone 14 Plus spacifically for my wife which is renewed is a sleek and powerful smartphone with excellent performance. Battery life lasts comfortably through a full day of heavy use. However, the phone is a bit bulky and heavier compared to other models. It also gets warm during prolonged gaming or heavy usage. Overall, it’s a solid, durable device with great features and sound Quality, A good choice for anyone looking for a renewed iPhone with reliable performance.

Phone is really good and great condition. Delivery was a bit of an issue, as it seemed to go all over the country for a day before arriving a day late.

Great product. Came looking brand new. No scratches or bumps, battery health was 100% as well. Great upgrade from my iPhone 11. The visual quality is also great.

I was initially hesitant to purchase a renewed iPhone 14 Plus but decided to give it a chance since it was listed as being in “Excellent” condition. Unfortunately, upon receiving the phone, an error message appeared stating “Display not recognised.” I contacted the seller, who reassured me that the phone was fine and would continue to work. Less than two months after purchase, the display completely stopped working. The phone still seemed to power on (sound was present), but nothing appeared on the screen, making the device unusable. I requested a return and sent the phone back within the required timeframe, but the seller failed to issue a refund. I then contacted Amazon directly, provided the tracking receipt, and Amazon refunded me immediately. I appreciate Amazon’s quick and efficient resolution. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise caution if you receive a renewed device with any error messages, as it may fail sooner rather than later. I personally won’t be purchasing refurbished or renewed devices again.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a pre used phone however this is definitely good value for money. I went for the 'good' condition and the phone arrived spotless, no marks on it at all. It had 85% battery health which again I was a bit worried about but the phone has lasted all day since purchasing so doesn't seem to be an issue (obviously would have preferred higher but again no issues). The yellow is a lovely colour too. happy with this so far

Well I was so chuffed when the phone arrived and was in new condition! I was hesitant in the first place but pleased I went thru with the order. So far everything is working well and no problems have come up. Delivery was outstanding it arrived the very next day. All literature re the sellers if any issues and a return label should there be problems…. Great set up everything covered.
