Excellent headphones with crisp and clean sound. The loudness is also good, even with an iPhone and Apple Music lossless tracks, despite the headset supporting a maximum of the AAC codec. They are comfortable to wear for long durations. You can customize the sound using the Sennheiser app for the best output. I believe no one will regret buying these headphones. For comfortable listening, a volume of approximately 70% to 80% on an iPhone with Apple Music or Spotify, and about 60% to 70% on YouTube, works well. The touch controls function smoothly, and the connectivity is reliable with two devices. I found these headphones better in audio quality than my Soundcore Liberty 2 earphones. However, since the Liberty 2 are TWS earbuds, they tend to be louder. Overall, I’m happy with the product. The bass is up to the mark—sometimes it feels a little on the higher side, but that could be due to my personal taste in music. I also tried the Sony ULT Wear and WH-720N, but I found these Sennheiser headphones to be much better in terms of sound profile. You get slightly improved quality and loudness when using them wired with a MacBook via USB-C, making them excellent for movies. For gaming, there is negligible lag when playing BGMI, so the latency is quite good. They don’t feel heavy, and the clamping force is comfortable. The earcup size is decent, though people with slightly larger ears might find them a bit small. However, for me, they fit well. The noise cancellation is just okay—don’t expect phenomenal ANC performance. But for normal use, I believe it is sufficient. The battery backup is also good. Although I haven’t drained them completely, I believe they should easily last more than 40 hours. For better performance, try burn-in them overnight—I felt this slightly improved the sound quality. With these headphones, I realized for the first time in my life that not all songs are recorded the same way, which makes me truly appreciate their sound quality. I genuinely feel these headphones are a gem in this budget, and even offer great value compared to higher-tier options. If they prove to be durable, Sennheiser has just earned one more loyal customer. Sorry if my English isn’t perfect—this is my first time writing a review!

Describing this product after using for few days a little difficult but I'm trying to cover up all the pros and cons that I have felt after using it for long hours. First coming to the pros: PROS: 1. It's design & comfort: It has a very unique design, the company has done very good R&D for this product in order to provide maximum comfort. It is comfortable enough to wear and use it for long time, You ears will not be getting warmed. Also, you should not feel any pain if you use it while wearing spec(like me). Also the design and looks can give you feel that it is a heavy headphone but it is actually very light weighed, plus the ear cushions are very comfortable. So 5 * for its design and comfort. 2. Connectivity: It is claimed to be very compatible with iPhone and iPad and works with android. Well it connects seamlessly with my iPhone, but in case of android phone I tried to connect, the phone bluetooth was not able to search this headphone. So, I have doubt upon the android connectivity. It comes with a 3.5mm cable jack which makes it easier to use with both my MacBook and Windows laptop. So connectivity wise I'll provide 4 * . 1* less, since I'm not able to connect to android. So if you are planning to buy it for your android device, I'd not recommend this product. 3. Audio Quality: It has decent bass, good quality audio. You can easily distinguish between the vocals and the each different musical tones. It is good to use in between 80-90% of volume levels since the audio output is not that much high. Overall I'd give the audio quality a 4 * rating. 4. Active Noise Cancellation: It works decently in terms of ANC, almost 80% outside noise gets nullified. So I'd give 4 * rating in terms of ANC. 5. Call Quality: Call quality is very crisp and clear, no noise interference as well as microphone works smoothly. I tried with phone call/ FaceTime/ Teams, and in all aspects the call experience was superb. So 5 * rating for call quality. 6. Battery: The USP for this headphone is its battery backup. Company claims 50 hours of battery backup. The piece I received, initially had 70% battery. Since then I'm using it for almost 40 hours with ANC on always, still I can see 20% battery is remaining. So definitely I'm gonna give 5 * rating for that. CONS: 1. Touch functionalities: I'm disappointed with this feature, since it is a premium headphones but its touch functionalities are not upto the mark (especially the volume controls). This headphone lags very much in this feature since the touch response are not consistent enough. I'll give 2 * rating for this feature. 2. Smart Control app: The app needs improvement and needs to be more user friendly. Sometimes during the initial pairing you may face troubles. But once connected, it works smoothly. Still there are lot of scope of improvement. So rating for the app I'd give 3 *. 3. Prices: I've bought it for 15,990/- which I felt a little bit higher. It could be anywhere between 12000-13000, actually based upon the performance and considering pros and cons I felt this price range should be ideal. Probably during Great Indian Festival time, you can get this product within 13k which could be a great deal. So, my overall rating for this product is 4 * and since it solves all my purposes I'm going to use it for long times. If I come up with any of issue after long time usage, I'll add the same in this review. Update: For the Connectivity point under PROS, earlier I mentioned I was facing issue while pairing with android device. But now I’m able to connect to android as well as windows laptops seamlessly via bluetooth. So I would like to change the Connectivity rating from 4 * to 5 *. Therefore, people who are willing to buy it for android or windows devices can easily go for it.

Definitely one of the best headphones u can go for , noise cancellation is good , sounds way good and coustomer service is top notch mine stopped working and they replaced it without any problem so any one thinking of getting these go for it 🤝😄

I received a unit with a noticeable left-right audio imbalance. The right side is slightly louder than the left. Initially, resetting the headphones temporarily fixes the issue, but it comes back after some time. I tested this on multiple devices (MacBook and Android) and also tried using them in wired mode — the problem persists everywhere. Other headphones work fine on the same devices, so this seems to be a unit-specific issue. Sound quality is otherwise good, but this imbalance makes the listening experience uncomfortable, especially at this price. I would recommend checking your unit carefully or opting for a replacement if you face a similar issue. EDIT: After using it for few weeks - i edited my ratings to 1. it isn't worth 12k+ INR this headphones are really feels like cheap copy or something. it is very muddy and I tried lot of eq settings but vocals are not loud. it is really not good headphones for someone who wants to watch lot of netflix, movies, series or Lyrics. for someone just enjoy treble and bass good. but not for media where voice is involved. My 10 year old Phillips SHB7250 sounds 3k headphone sounds better than this crap. Total money waster

Its very comfortable and have a good noice cancellation. Battery life is also decent, I charge it once in 2 weeks! Great product!

Overall, the headphones have good build and sound quality, but honestly, they didn’t feel very special for the price. The overall quality is good, but I would rate the headphones as average. One important thing: people who wear spectacles should be careful before buying these. The earcups have sensors for auto on/off and auto-pause. Because the spectacle arms can interfere with the sensor, the music may pause automatically and calls can sometimes get muted, which becomes quite irritating. The best thing about Sennheiser is their after-sales service. I had to get my headphones replaced twice, and the service team was very supportive and handled the replacements well. Overall: Good headphones with decent quality, but average performance. The after-sales service is definitely top-notch. If you wear spectacles, I would recommend trying them before buying.

Absolutely beautiful sound. Love the details and soundstage. The custom EQ and transparency modes are great. Mic works great on calls. Smooth app support as well. Easily the best pair of headphones at this price range.

Literally. My first question was "how..?" There are a lot of reviews that lie to you, but I'm going to give you my so-far. The Sennheiser Accentum Plus' are extremely comfortable. It has an adjustable headband so it fits any head ever no matter how wide, tall, big, small. The sound quality is advanced for its budget, extremely nice, and customizable with the app. Double points if you have a device that handles lossless music or any type of high quality sound. The controls are nice: I haven't had any problems with them, if you are to adjust positioning, just place your palms around the cups, but even if you do touch them, it doesn't mess anything up (any misstouches don't trigger the controls), so that is extremely nice. Additionally, controls are reactive by touch, feels premium even though being only on the right side, so keep that in mind. Noise cancellation is so advanced, I have not had a problem with them and it honestly scares me by how good they are because I cannot hear ANYTHING around with them on and music playing. Even without music in certain environments, it's quite impressive. The mic quality isn't bad, just note that there are some headphones out there, even the trashest ones that can perform better somehow, but it's not bad for calls especially in windy environments. All around, this is an A-tier headset if you're looking to start your headphone journey without spending $500+ for even the best setup.
