Just what I expect in a fan: powerful breeze, perfect oscillation, choice of speeds. My home office/laundry room doesn't get cooled from the main A/C, so in these hot temps, I need extra cooling. This was a great purchase.

I bought 1 of these fans last month to make sure it worked as I hoped it would. That one works great! So, I bought 2 fans this time. However, because 1 of the 2 fans is far below my expectations, I need to rate this one separately, with a 1. This one does not oscillate at all! It simply blows in 1 direction, which will not cool much more of the room. It's too bad that all of their Comfort Zone fans 16" fans do not work the same. The 2nd fan in this delivery works exactly as great as the one I bought last month. Rather than typing the same review, just review my comments from last month. I had only bought 1 fan the 1st time because I wanted to make sure the fan would work as good as I hoped it would. It was better than I expected which was why I bought 2 this time. Too bad this company doesn't have quality checks before boxing their fans.

The fan came a day early which was nice because with it being in the high 90s I needed another fan as soon as I could get one, it was very easy to setup and I really love the size, the things I don’t like is that the fan was one that was returned from someone who previously owned it because it came in the original box but had a few pieces of packing tape on it and the box was a little beat up. I ordered a new fan paid for a new fan but got a used one.. the great thing is it works really well and is quiet on the low speed but not as quiet on the medium and high speeds. other than those things I’m happy with it so far, not sure how long it will last my “Lasko” fan lasted years.

Breezy

First the positives: This fan is amazingly quiet at any of the three speeds. It was also reasonably easy to assemble with clear instructions. It moves the air around well. The negative: It’s a bit on the flimsy side. I purchased it to replace a thirty-five year old oscillating fan that was more metal than plastic. I had no illusions that at this price the quality would be the same. The front protective grill is metal. The wire is so thin I bent it in several places during the assembly. The back is plastic. The front grill snaps onto the back with tiny plastic tabs. Because I like to clean the dust that collects in the fan every summer, I would normally take it apart as I did my old fan. The snapping and unsnapping of the little plastic tabs has a questionable future. I can see zip ties holding things together at some point. I expect it will last a few years and for the price that’s okay. And it is amazingly quiet. Four stars for that.

This fan was advertised as powerful! It is anything but powerful. Flimsy bendable blade light and cheap and on #3 not strong enough as expected or needed for purpose bought. To place on top of a cabinet facing my bed to feel air while sleeping. This isn’t powerful enough. You almost need to be on top of this fan. It’s about half the power I thought it would be. Those who say this is a powerful fan - I laugh. Also no locking tilt. Should just return this thing if it was not a hassle to disassemble and rebox.
