These are perfect for bulk seasoning. I appreciate the cover which snuggly fits to keep the contents fresh. I personally use it for my dusting powders for my sourdough breads. For an idea of size they are just like the ones at most pizza parlors.

I bake a lot of sourdough bread and pizzas, and this is perfect for the light dusting of flour on the work surface. I no longer need to dip my hands in flour/get my hands dirty/waste flour. In my first order, the lid wouldn't stay on securely. I was able to exchange for a non-defective one. In the new one, the lid stays on but it feels just a tad flimsy. Overall, good value for product though.

I cannot begin to tell you how glad I am that we found these Accmor Shakers! Where have these been all my life?! My husband and I bake 3-5 desserts every weekend for Church, and I used to dread when it came time to grease and flour my cake pans. Not anymore!! I use one of these for flour and one for powdered sugar and I truly enjoy flouring pans now! The mesh on the shakers is so fine that I don't have to worry if my flour or powdered sugar comes out of the bag clumpy, because no matter what, it is going to be perfectly powdered when it comes out of the shaker! I save a lot of flour by being able to cover exactly where I need, with exactly the amount of flour I need, instead of sprinkling and then trying to shake the flour around the pan, hoping to get all the nooks and crannies, and then dumping out the excess. It has definitely saved me a lot of time and effort! And powdering baked goods with powdered sugar is a pleasure now as well! I will definitely be ordering another set because I would really like to have one for Cocoa powder as well!

These shakers are perfect for my rice flour that I use when baking. It’s so easy just to grab the shaker, sprinkle flour, put the lid back on and I’m done. No cleaning sifters. The sifter is built in. This was a very good buy.

These shakers are smaller than I thought they'd be but they're well made and they work perfectly. I use them for powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar. This is the second set I've purchased because, when my granddaughter used them she loved them--she needed her own set at home, obviously.
