They brought it back with them, after living in Japan. Very good cup of instant coffee. Coffee are real grounds, in a filter, and the hanger thingys that goes over the cup are are pretty secure. It opens up the bag wide so you can pour the hot water in. Just have to be careful not to fill the bag too much else the grounds will overflow into the cup. It takes a couple of fills to get an entire cup. They had another brand, from Japan, but the hanger things were not sturdy or opened up the bag enough to allow easy pouring. The taste is also good. Liked it so much that I searched desertcart to see if they have it for purchase and they do. Going to order a box just to have, since we travel quite a bit. Good cup of coffee with just alittle more work to get it than spooning instant coffee grounds into a cup of hot water.
