Fresh intense flavor very good for your digestion
At only 3g carb each these are great chewy treat for a sweet tooth craving without a big carb load. I for many years have had digestion issues and heartburn this is my go to, I have one before bedtime nightly or as needed, they work great. They are vegan friendly and I appreciate that they only have only three or four ingredients depending on whether you're eating the plain or flavored ones! If you like ginger, then you will probably like these Gem Gem Ginger Chews. My friend offered for me to try them. I really liked them so she sent a few home with me to try. I decided to order some for myself. They also help my stomach if it is a little unsettled.

Delicious and helped me through my cold
Yummy! Good amount of ginger spice especially on the plain ones! Mango tastes sooo good! Some little packs were empty though :/ Also, nothing to do with the product itself but my package was left on the stairs instead of my front door, I live in an apartment building second floor, I passed by it and saw it when I came home but that’s just weird.
