can this be used for any spacemarine chapter?

The lieutenant that comes in the box does have a very space wolf look and some space wolf iconography but a steady hand with a hobby knife and a file can remove those. The rest of the minis are generic space marines and can be used for any chapter. It does come with the space wolf upgrade sprue so you would have shoulder pads you wouldn't necessarily use for any chapter outside of space wolves or a space wolf successor chapter

Do these come painted or unpainted?

These models come unassembled and unpainted.

Does the combat patrol product contain the codex supplement?

It does not the Space Wolves and Space Marines codexes are sold separately but the space marine codex will be more helpful with this Combat Patrol set as the models rule set are in it and enough of the space wolves chapter rules are also provided to play the game
