The cross rocker is a bi-directional 10K resistor, as the rocker direction is different, the resistance value of the taps changes with it. This module uses a 5V power supply, the original state of the X, Y read voltage is about 2.5V, when pressed with the direction of the arrow, the read voltage value increases, the maximum to 5V; the arrow in the opposite direction, the read voltage value decreases, the minimum is 0V.

My game controller movement stopped working from left to right on the joystick. Used one of these to replace the module... worked really well! back in businessI did unsolder the angled joints and soldered the wires from my controller directly to the board. The circuit seemed a bit delicate and I was worried i damaged it... however it has been working for a few days no problem

First time purchase of these joysticks. The item arrived in record speed, I had zero defective units which was an awesome surprise! I used these to control an Esp32 project, on the transmitter end of an espnow setup. Would definitely buy these again based off of my experience!
