Mostly my fake flowers are silk, but parts are a form of plastic, and this product works great. For cemetery flowers, I apply two coats. After being exposed to direct sunlight from May - September most of the flowers were barely faded. Be wary of spraying on Deco Mesh ribbon though, as the one time I did, it transformed a rich purple to a lavender grey. I wouldn't put a floral arrangement in the sun without using this product!"}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Will this help hold dried hydrangea blossoms together...so they don't fall apart?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Yes, it will"}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Will this work on outdoor plastic flowers?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"I've used it on outside flowers to keep the sun off them. It works well, however you must spray again after a year or two to keep them protected. It depends on how much sun they get. I've had mine for over a year and I should probably spray them again. Good luck."}}]}]}
