What is the actual measurement of the mini-muffin cup itself?

It is flared - the bottom is 1 1/4 inches and the top is 2 inches. The actual muffin ends up being about 1 3/4 inches across the top

I need to use liners as I making something that is not baked..will mini liners work?

What size scooper should I use with these pans? I want just enough so that it nicely domes over. Thank you!

I use the middle sized Pampered Chef scoop which is about 1 1/2" but do not fill it real full. The smallest scooper seems a little small. This is for a stiffer muffin dough. I have not yet made a thinner cake batter in these.
