This is honestly one of the best shampoos I’ve ever used! From the first wash, I could tell a difference in how my hair felt. It leaves my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and manageable without feeling weighed down. My hair looks healthier and has a beautiful shine after using it. The scent is amazing — fresh, clean, and long-lasting without being overpowering. I’ve even gotten compliments on how good my hair smells! I want to start off by saying to do truly love these products. However, this is my 6th time purchasing both the shampoo and conditioner and out of the 6 times 2 of the bottles pumps would not open for me to use. The first four of my purchases were from Walmart. At first I thought the pump not opening was a fluke so I just decided to swamp from my old shampoo from a different brand. This fixed my problem for a little while. I decided to purchase the bigger bottles from Amazon and once I opened the package and tried to open them to use them. One pump didn’t want to open. Because these are bigger bottles my old pump won’t work. So I’ll have to pour it into my hand in order to use. Other than that the product itself is great and I do enjoy the smell. I even use it on my two littles hair and it works great!

The first time they sent me the wrong formula. I ordered the gentle daily shampoo and SOS conditioner and recieved the length check shampoo and conditioner instead. The length check shampoo and conditioner I did not like. The smell was great but I found the conditioner to be pretty runny and did not do much for my hair at all. I have naturally curly hair and need a good moisturizing conditioner. Once I recieved the correct Shampoo and conditioner I was very pleased. The gentle daily shampoo is great but the SOS conditioner is even better! It’s very thick and creamy. It leaves my hair smelling great for days and my curls very soft and shiny. I highly recommend the gentle daily shampoo with the SOS conditioner. That is a winning combination. The smell is so soft, warm and pretty. If you are like me and like amber based fragrances you will love this.

Great product but the pumps are EXTREMELY difficult to open so be prepared for your finger to be sore from trying.

Was a clarifying so after a while my hair that is pink straight and thin ish started being more greasy but it works amazing in my 4 year olds hair! Helping bring back her curls too

I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for over a year and thought I loved it because it left my hair so soft and my curls looked great! But I have been dealing with an insanely itchy scalp but thought it couldn’t be the product because I loved it so much , since stopping use with this shampoo and conditioner my scalp is no longer itchy and dandruff has stopped… just a warning!

This left my hair really dry. The product is a scam. They say they put in a lot of healthy ingredients, they quite literally only put a single drop of these “healthy” ingredients. I don’t recomend.
