I have bought all kinds of Ginseng over last few years. So far this is one of the best Ginseng I have bought as gifts for friends and families.Nice packing and good product.

1/5/2018I'm still trying to find a way to cut this root. It's dehydrated. I've tried my coffee bean grinder, but it almost jammed. I tried my butcher knife; I needed a hammer to hit the top of the knife...hard. Pieces of the root went flying in all directions.I finally tried soaking a root in room temperature water, overnight, and it seems that I can NOW use my butcher knife!Once I get the piece small enough, I can make tea. The boiling of the root requires about three hours on low.1/20/2018Soaked one root piece each day. It takes about 8 hours to 12 hours to absorb water fully. I then cut the root up, once it had soaked. The cutting went very smoothly. I cut it up finely with a butcher knife, and put it into a glass of water, and drank the concoction as is. The taste was horrible, but I figured I'd also add in some ground flaxseed, ground sunflower seeds (deshelled), as well as other healthy items. "Get the health stuff over with, to move onto the pizza...later!

Got it as a gift for my mom. She said they were good quality and even asked me to get more form my grandmother. She says short and fat ones are good quality.

The size of Ginseng is MUCH smaller than they described in the figure. I measured the distance and ratio of the width of their Medium and Small size Ginseng from their product, I can definitely deduce they just use the small size ginseng as the MEDIUM ginseng, so they can sell high price. BTW, they place the ginseng in a circle pattern not like the vertical line pattern in the photo, which is another thing that is different from their description. I recommend you to buy small size ginseng package instead of this package.

It seems the size of product I received is not as big as the picture on the page.

I have noticed the messages that the package is broken. But the products I received are nice packaged. It’s good for gifts and self use. Be worth to buy. I’ll place a new order soon. Hope it be as perfect as this one.
