Chafouleas. Review: You can't read this on a Kindle Oasis or a normal Kindle, couldn - Firstly, I bought the book because I need to do a PD meeting and I am a teacher and while reading and making a presentation, I could only imagine the eye rolls from my fellow teachers. True, this book is on stress management, not how to change the education system worldwide, and there are some gems and if you haven't paid any attention to any kind of mental health or therapy stuff in the last ten years, it might be mind-blowing, but for the most part it is sort of common sense (your thoughts affect your actions and you can change the way you think and behave about a situation, therefore lowering your stress levels). But mostly the low stars are because I could only read this on my iphone, for some reason it wouldn't even let me read it on my computer because I have an older kindle viewer or something.
