I got this lighter for my nephew as a birthday present and he absolutely loves it, it’s very convenient, he loves the fact that it is rechargeable and flameless so you don’t have to worry about the wind blowing it out.

Works great, this is the 3rd arc lighter I’ve owned and by far the best! It looks and feels great, but what really sets it apart is the distance the arc will travel and catch flame. Between all of that and the great price, size, ease of use, battery life and wind resistance; you can’t ask for more!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really cool lighter. Still works. Need to recharge every few days with alot of use. No more lighter fluid. Works to spark an owl

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is a little weak. Any amount of wind causes it to go from top electrode to top electrode and bottom to bottom rather than in the usual X pattern. I have another cheap one that is similar in design with a much stronger "spark" that can hold up directly to a hair dryer just fine. With this one I can make the battery drop 25% by blowing on it hard while it's in use. That all being said it is stylish, small, lightweight, lasts a whole pack of cigarettes, charges quickly, and ultimately does still hold up well enough to the wind to light my smokes which is all I could ever really hope for. It also has an easier to use design having these outward facing electrodes. The other previously mentioned electric lighter I have has the electrodes all facing each other and sideways while not being far apart from each other to fit a cigarette between. With this design the spark will almost jump put onto the cigarette and you at least don't have to light it extra weird like the other popular style on amazon.

Works great, long battery life. Charges quickly. Able to light a smoke at 55mph on a motorcycle. Absolutely wind-proof! Looks cool too.

I got two different rechargeable lighters. This one works beautifully. The other one stopped working. I only keep a butane later on hand as a backup for when I forget to charge this one. I hardly ever use the butane lighters anymore. The price was amazing. It's worth more than I paid for it and is paid for itself many times in the last couple months that I've had it. I highly recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:For 10 bucks, it's certainly worth it. Very well made - nice and heavy and the hinge for the top is very tight and solid feeling. Unlike other similar electric lighters, the arcs are arranged and pointed perfectly to light cigarettes/cigars/etc. Whereas all of the others the arcs are vertical and not really suited to lighting anything other than candles.Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cigarette type lighter.

We loved these so much we got them for our friends. Breathing in less butane is cool. The designs are great and it has a nice weight and feel in the hand. Needs lots of charging and there’s a learning curve, BUT LESS BUTANE in my life is good! A relative started his campfire in drizzle. Fewer chemicals into the water pipe. Highly recommend, and we’re even choosing to overlook the unfortunate typo on the bottom! Good luck!
