what is the expiration date?

On our most recent purchases of Insta Glucose the expiration date is 2015. The product has a long shelf life and I suspect the expiration date means very little in terms of its ability to provide glucose when taken. But that's just my opinion. One way or the other, it has a long shelf life.

How manly grams of carbs??

Each tube contains 24 grams of carbs.

Cherry flavor. It has a very pleasant taste - better than any other I have tried. I agree with C. Anderson - it is very rapid acting. I highly recommend it.

I'm training for a half marathon and was told this was a great thing to take on the run to prevent the metaphorical "wall", anyone use it for that?

I am a walker rather than a runner, but I have found Insta Glucose Gel to be the best thing ever for a low - regardless of when or why it happens. It is quick acting, tastes good, and is easy to carry. I highly recommend it.
