After trying and returning 14 (yes 14!) other shower heads from amazon, I have finally found the perfect one. My fiancé refuses to let me change out the shower arm or add an extension so we are using this on the typical short 45 degree bend, but it is fantastic nonetheless. We can’t use the broadest setting as the pressure is just too low with the angle, it falls straight down onto the tub faucet. BUT oh my god, the middle setting is absolute PERFECTION with plenty of coverage. It is just as broad as the many 8” shower heads we’ve tried and I don’t feel like we’re missing out without the broader setting at all. It is so soft and smooth, and rinses soap as quickly as if you dumped a bucket of water on yourself, even with the flow restrictor intact. The narrow setting is perfect for rinsing long hair quickly and has a lot of pressure (I say this as a shower head snob who gets annoyed if it takes longer than 90 seconds to rinse my hair), but it does not have the typical sting on your skin of other high pressure shower heads.Another key win- it must be using less water than others that are supposedly 2.5 gpm, because the water gets hotter and stays hot for longer compared to every other shower head I’ve tried. I was so frustrated in our new house that showers would get warm but not hot that I was about ready to call a plumber, but this shower head fixed that instantly!If you want a true rain head that also has plenty of pressure and prolongs hot water, this is it. I literally spent 3 months trying and returning shower heads and despite having 2 others to try from the same shipment as this one, I immediately sent them back and didn’t bother after using this once. It’s pure bliss and SO worth the price.

I didn't want a rain shower head because those never get all the shampoo out of long hair. But this was discovered and I took a chance. This rain showerhead has a way to change the flow and pressure and turn it into a regular shower head type pressure when desired. The wide spray rain setting is also surprisingly great pressure! Very easy to install. Very happy with purchase.

First, thanks to Tammy for her detailed review about using it at a 45 degree angle instead of mounting it to the ceiling. That swayed me to buy this.My wife loves it and raves about it every day. She no longer cares about getting a hot tub. Yes, it's that good.Don't understand the negative complaints at all.We're thrilled with it.

Dislike that the product is plastic. That’s why I chose the open or used for the lower price. I’m happy I did the product was like new.

I got it for my husband. He never thought there was a difference in shower heads but he knows better now. His first comment was “wow, this is great!” Easy installation but I’m going to need to get a longer neck as it’s so big it sits too close to the wall for my taste. Also when I tried it I realized the outer two rows of holes weren’t spraying. After reading on line I realized the center circle has three settings when you twist it. You can have a more intense spray, moderate, or really wide. Next time I may look at the instructions that come with it.

Good workmanship, well designed rainforest shower head. Great addition to my renovated master bath.
