Confirmed. They are stainless steel. Magnet barely sticks at all. Though, they would be better if they were 100% stainless steel instead of like 80-980%

nice washers, exactly as expected.
Cheaper, easier to get, than big box stores and even cheaper than the cheapest place local i can get them. I use these on cable railing rail post mounts along with large stainless bolts through the rim joist and additional blocking. These prevent the nut getting buried in the wood.
