I have tried EVERY type of iron and I just can’t swallow pills anymore. I see a lot of reviews on here about the taste and how you have to spit out. I find some of them to be just a little dramatic. They are a little sour almost like candy. I chew them and flush with some water and then it’s perfectly fine. No aftertaste no burping up bacon(I’ve genuinely tried them all lol) these are the first pills that are actually showing improvement and I’ve been anemic since birth.
