Omni-Lite track spikes are standard equipment in most performance track shoes manufactured for the world's leaders, including Nike, adidas, Reebok, PUMA, and New Balance. These space-age ceramic track spikes were utilized in the gold shoes that propelled Michael Johnson to two gold Medals, highlighted by his remarkable world record in the 200M sprint at the Atlanta Olympics and have been the standard at the olympic and collegiate levels ever since. These products were also used in several recent world record performances including the men's 100M, 200M, 400M, and mile events. Omni-Lite's compression style track spikes were also designed in conjunction with Mondo "the leader in synthetic tracks. Now you can enjoy the same technology that has helped some of world's finest athletes reach the pinnacle of their performance.

Worth the price and super light weight!
My son used these (3/8" pyramid ceramic spikes) when he competed at his recent State cross country meet on a 5000m course. He loved them and got a personal record by 12 seconds! The weight (or should I say lack of weight) was very noticeable! We have a postage scale and 40 of these spikes weighed less than 14 of the solid steel spikes of the same length! You can feel the difference when holding them in your hand and also on your feet. He says they gave him great grip on a rainy wet course with bark dust, mud and grass. A couple of the spikes had visible wear on them (tips were worn down and lost about a mm in length) after the meet and there was no pavement involved so these may wear faster than solid steel spikes. He will definitely be using the ceramic spikes for track season next spring! I would not use these to practice in as they are more expensive but well worth it for important races when you are shooting for a personal best time!! These fit into standard spike openings/holes - we had no problem inserting or removing them with a standard spike wrench.

1/4” is NOT 1/4”
Be careful when ordering these. Ordered 1/4” spikes for high school track runner. Two different meet officials would not allow them to be used because they were too long. Enclosed a picture of cheap stainless spike that was allowed because it is 1/4”.

Absolutely love them!
These are hands down the lightest spikes I've ever held. You would be amazed at how much lighter the shoes feel with them in. They are probably best for track or XC on grass only courses as they tend to wear faster than steel spikes otherwise the performance is fantastic. This is our second full year of using them and we'll continue to do so.

Excellent product. Fit the bottom of the spikes perfectly ...
Excellent product.Fit the bottom of the spikes perfectly as well as the key that came with the spikes. My daughter's spikes use 7 pins and the weight difference is very noticeable...well worth the extra cost over stainless pins. The only reason I'm not giving this product 5 stars is because the "gold" is really more of a "mustard"

Look and Work Awesome
For 24 years I've bought the standard silver spikes. My new spikes came with black ones and I loved the look so I decided to treat myself to these, and they are great!

They last about 2 track meets!
My kids are 6 and 7. The spikes last for about 2 track meets because the young kids do not know how to walk on their heels when walking in stands and on concrete to preserve the spikes. I figure 2 meets is good for their age 🤔.

Grips and Rips
The only issue with this lovely products is the pyramid spikes. They are not as sharp as some other pyramid spikes that I have used in the past. They do an OK job, but could be a tid sharper.

My son needed these for XC track meets. I had no idea how many different types there were out there, but apparently I bought the correct type.
