I have not noticed any improvement/reduction in sweating. It is now late fall, so it is cold and dry - I most often sweat in the summer when it's hot and humid - and so cannot fairly comment on waking hours impact. Night sweating, however, is still as common and occasionally profuse as it has ever been. No improvement there. In terms of the rest of the value proposition, the ingredients in this resemble a B-complex supplement with added herbal components. The content of various B vitamins is significantly higher than most supplements and well above standard RDAs. Does this make any difference? I am not sure - I cannot say that i feel noticeably better or worse since incorporating this in my daily diet. Is it worth the money?
