The frame is the size described on the listing and looks exactly as it does in the photograph. I would describe it as a cheap and cheerful frame that does the job. It has a wooden frame and plastic perspex that comes with a protective layer that you have to remove when you put your photograph in. On the back there are fittings so you can hang it landscape or portrait. At £4.99 it’s a great price and does exactly what you want it to.

Basic item great for use

I saw a motivational quote on LinkedIn and decided that it would be a nice thing to have up in my kitchen - you know, to remind me how to approach each day.So I created a suitable image using a mix of AI and Canva, printed it out on some A4 paper, but then needed a suitable way to display it. Cue, buying an A4 frame.It's really hard to write a review about what is basically an A4 frame of wood with a piece of plastic to prevent whatever the contents of the frame is from getting kitchen juice and dust on it, hence telling you about the motivational quote, but ultimately this is a nice, simple, good value, wooden frame. You can have it in black wood, white wood, light brown wood, dark brown wood - plenty of colour choices to match your needs. The back is the standard picture frame cardboard backing with stand if needed, using the usual metal clips that hurt your fingernails when you're trying to prise them up to get the back off.But, ultimately, whether you're looking to display a picture of a loved one, a certificate of achievement, or a motivational quote about Batman, do it with the confidence of this A4 frame.

Just what I needed the price was right

Ok Picture frame, but the plastic is incredibly thin, and is extremely warped, so unless you live in a place with no windows, the picture behind is barely visible behind the reflection of the light bouncing off the warped plastic.

This arrived really well packed with thick black plastic safety corners and it was in perfect condition on delivery.There is cellophane on both sides of the plastic 'glazing', which comes off easily if you peel it starting right in the corner.You may think it's not a gallery standard frame, but once on the wall it looks great and more expensive than it was.I needed something that colour and thickness for an A4 print to go in the loo. I chose the 'Beech Wood', which was the exact colour I wanted, but the frame appeared thicker in the photo online and I had wanted a thinner frame, so was in two minds about ordering it, but for the price I thought I would chance it and I am very happy I did.Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
